Technique - Behind the Scenes

There are many techniques for creating a canvas painting based on a reference photo. This time-lapse video is an example of my technique. Using a digital projector would be easier, but in honor of my father who showed me the grid method when I was about 5-6 years old, I continue to use this system to get the rough image on the canvas.
